My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spacious, had a cozy couch for visitors, and featured a large, comfortable king-sized bed, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location, right across the street from Central Park, was a true privilege, offering an excellent customer experience. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious options available, although a bit pricey for some drinks. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, offering professional, friendly, and accommodating assistance. Overall, a great hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right across the street from Central Park, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and safe. The service was top-notch, with a special touch for my wife's birthday. However, the noise level on 58th Street was a bit of a downside.

I stayed in an amazing large suite with a great terrace that was wonderful to enjoy day and night, offering a lovely view of Central Park. While the room seemed a bit run down and in need of renovation, this was overshadowed by the friendly service provided, especially by the concierge David, who went out of his way to assist us. The location directly facing Central Park and near Fifth Avenue was perfect for exploring the city.
